"I’m planning a fresh Android app and need it coded from the ground up. The goal is full-scale new development, not just patching or tweaks, so I’m looking for someone comfortable taking an idea through design, build, internal testing, and a Google Play–ready release.

Scope
• Native Android development (Kotlin preferred, Java acceptable)
• Clean, modular architecture that can scale for future features
• Modern UI aligned with Material 3 guidelines
• Integration of any required REST/GraphQL APIs and secure local storage
• Basic analytics and crash reporting (e.g. Firebase)

Key milestones
1. Interactive wireframe / technical approach sign-off
2. First functional prototype (core screens + navigation)
3. Beta build with connected APIs and in-app error handling
4. Final release candidate, Play-Store-ready bundle + source code hand-over

Acceptance criteria
