Your task is to review what currently exists, surface quick-win fixes, then guide a full refresh that reflects modern design standards without losing the brand’s voice.

Please begin with a brief heuristic audit and a short call so we can walk through live pain points. From there, create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups—Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD are all fine—followed by a clickable prototype that I can test with real users. Final assets must be organised for a clean hand-off to my developers, including colour styles, type scales, and any component specs.
