"I’m launching a new fast-food venture and need an end-to-end ordering platform that works seamlessly for walk-in customers and delivery orders alike. The core idea is simple: guests should be able to browse the menu, pay instantly, and see exactly where their meal is in the preparation-to-delivery chain.

Key features I must have:
• Real-time order tracking from kitchen ticket to doorstep
• Secure online payment that supports cards, e-wallets, and ideally QR-based methods popular in Indonesia

Everything should sync to a single dashboard so my kitchen staff, couriers, and front-of-house team stay in lock-step. If you’ve built POS-integrated web or mobile apps with technologies such as Flutter, React, or similar stacks, you’ll feel right at home here.

Deliverables include:
1. Customer-facing web or mobile app (your recommendation)
2. Staff/Kitchen dashboard with live order queue
3. Courier view for delivery status updates
4. Basic documentation so my in-house team can add menu items or adjust prices without code changes
