"I need a PHP-based solution that logs in to my [login to view URL] account, pulls every real-estate record from 1 Jan 2025 up to the moment the script runs, and stores the results as sequential JSON files on my own server. Each request should cap at 500 listings so the resulting files stay around 12–15 MB; based on current volume, that means roughly a thousand files on the first full back-fill, with new files appended automatically on a schedule after that.

Please build the workflow so it:

• Authenticates with my existing MLS credentials
• Paginates through the dataset, respecting mlsgrid rate limits
• Streams each JSON response straight to the local file system (no DB, no cloud) using a clear directory and naming structure
• Creates a cron-friendly wrapper for unattended, repeat runs
• Writes concise logs and retries gracefully on any dropped connection

I’ll provide API keys and a test directory as soon as we start. Delivery is complete when the script can finish an end-to-end pull, prove the scheduling works, and leave me with a set of neatly ordered JSON files ready for further processing." (client-provided description)
