Monthly Budget Management

The application should allow users to set a configurable monthly grocery budget. All added expenses must deduct from this budget in real time, with the remaining balance clearly displayed. At the start of a new month, the budget should reset automatically while preserving historical data for reference.

Expense Tracking

Users should be able to add grocery expenses with basic details including item name, amount, and category (such as vegetables, snacks, or household items). Each expense should automatically be assigned to the current date. Expenses should be viewable in a clean day-wise and month-wise list, with the ability to edit or delete entries at any time.

Analytics & Insights

This includes total spending for the current month, remaining balance, and category-wise spending breakdown.
