"I’m starting a two-language (Arabic / English) marketplace dedicated to both digital gift cards and game charging services, and I need it engineered entirely from the ground up—no Shopify, no WordPress, no third-party CMS. The stack is your choice as long as the result is a clean, readable codebase that I can own outright and extend later.

Core scope
• Custom backend and frontend that allow manual payment verification only for phase 1—no gateways yet, just an order-based upload or confirmation flow.
• User system with distinct roles:
– Admin
– Seller
– User
– Moderator (planned for a later phase, so structure your permissions with that in mind).
• Seller marketplace mechanics: each sale triggers a commission that the platform retains automatically.
• Order-centric chat so buyers and sellers can talk within each transaction.
• Rating and feedback that feed seller reputations.
• Admin dashboard whose primary purpose is to manage orders and payments; reporting and user moderation will follow but architect the dashboard so they can be slotted in without rewrites.
• Fully bilingual interface, RTL support included.
• Scalable architecture ready for future modules such as automated payment gateways, discount codes, or advanced analytics.

Deliverables
1. Source code and descriptive README covering setup, build, and deployment.
2. Database schema with seed data for the main roles and permissions.
3. Brief deployment guide (Docker, PM2, or similar—your recommendation).
4. One round of code-level knowledge-transfer session after delivery.

• I can spin up the project locally with a single command and create an order end-to-end using manual payment confirmation.
