"I need a standalone Windows-only desktop application that lets me capture everything that happens on scene with a patient and store it in one secure place. The workflow starts with quick patient data entry (name, vitals, allergies, insurance, etc.), moves straight into incident reporting, and finishes with a full scene report that details every action I performed—medications administered, procedures, observations, timings, and any other incidental notes.

A clean, form-driven interface is crucial so I can move through fields fast while in the back of the rig. Automatic time-stamping, drop-downs for common meds, and printable/exportable summaries (PDF or CSV) will keep my paperwork consistent with state reporting requirements. I’m happy for you to choose the tech stack—C#/WPF, Electron, or another Windows-friendly framework—as long as it runs smoothly on modern Windows versions without extra installs. SQL back up would be nice so i can restore on other Machines
