"I’m building a single online hub where I can showcase and promote other people’s physical products, digital downloads, and professional services. The site must be flexible enough to handle catalogue-style listings, lead-capture for service providers, and sales pages for digital items, all wrapped in a clean, modern UI that is easy for me to manage after launch.

Core functionality I need from day one:
• Solid on-page and technical SEO so new listings can rank quickly.
• Seamless social-media hooks—native share buttons, open-graph tags, and the ability to auto-push new items to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or similar.
• An integrated email system (or tight link to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, etc.) that lets me segment subscribers and send scheduled campaigns without leaving the dashboard.

I’m happy for you to work with WordPress + WooCommerce, Webflow, or a comparable CMS as long as the final build is mobile-responsive, loads fast, and lets me add or edit products and services without touching code. If you prefer a custom stack, outline how ongoing content edits will stay simple for a non-developer.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive site tested on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
2. PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on mobile.
3. SEO basics covered: clean URL structure, schema markup, XML sitemap, meta fields.
4. Social-sharing preview renders correctly for new listings.
5. Email tool connected and able to send a test broadcast to segmented lists.
6. Short hand-over video or live walkthrough covering content updates, adding new items, and generating email campaigns.
