"I’m launching HINDELIVER in Prayagraj and need a complete, ready-to-deploy delivery ecosystem built within 10–15 days. The brand combines food and grocery ordering, so the solution must feel cohesive yet stay simple and clean in its interface.

What I need developed:

• Customer App (Android) – bilingual (English & Hindi), OTP-based sign-in, Razorpay UPI / card payments, COD option, live order tracking with Google Maps
• Delivery Boy App – real-time task updates, route navigation, earnings view
• Shop / Restaurant App – order alerts, status updates, menu / catalog management, payout ledger
• Admin Web Panel – city-level control over users, menus, commissions, promo codes and analytics

Core features across the suite include secure OTP login, integrated online payments, cash-on-delivery recording, Google Map tracking, and transparent order-plus-commission management.

All code should be clean, well-commented and production-ready so we can publish to the Play Store and deploy the web panel without rework. If you’ve shipped similar multi-vendor delivery platforms before, briefly outline that experience when you apply; that’s the key detail I’ll review first.
