"I want a truly custom-built website for my restaurant—no generic themes or off-the-shelf templates. The site will be four to five pages and must feel modern and sleek, matching the brand direction my graphic designer will supply through logos, colour palette and photography.

Core requirements
• An interactive menu that lets guests browse dishes visually; each item should display an image, description, price and “Add to Order” button.
• Secure online purchasing. I’m open to the framework or stack you prefer—custom code, a tailored WordPress setup, or another solution—as long as checkout is seamless and mobile-friendly.
• Responsive design that loads quickly on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Basic content pages (likely Home, Menu, Order Online, About, Contact) built so I can update text or images without touching code.
• SEO-friendly structure, HTTPS, and integration with Google Analytics at launch.

Collaboration flow
My in-house designer will provide all visual assets and style guidelines; you’ll translate those into a polished front-end and hook up the ordering logic. I’ll supply menu data and access to the payment gateway of choice once we agree on the tech stack.

Acceptance
The project is complete when the site:
1. Matches the provided design mock-ups pixel-perfectly.
2. Processes a test order end-to-end, including payment confirmation email.
3. Scores at least 90/100 on Google’s mobile Lighthouse performance report.
4. Is handed over with clear documentation for future edits.
