"I’m building a third-party platform that lets users speak directly with a fully 3D, voice-responsive avatar. The flow is simple: the visitor asks a question aloud, the avatar answers aloud in real time, remembers the exchange, and does all of this while looking exactly the way the visitor (or an admin) has styled it.

Core stack
• HeyGen will render the live-streamed 3D video of the avatar.
• ElevenLabs supplies natural-sounding TTS plus optional voice cloning.
• OpenAI handles conversational intelligence at an intermediate, context-aware level.
• Pinecone and Mem0 store and retrieve long-term memory so each avatar can pick up a conversation where it left off.

Key features to implement
1. Voice-based communication pipeline: capture microphone input, transcribe, send to OpenAI, return synthesized speech, and lip-sync it in HeyGen.
2. Full appearance customizer: body, face, clothing, and environment presets, with JSON profiles saved per user.
3. Memory layer: vector-store setup (Pinecone/Mem0) tied to user or session IDs for contextual recall.
4. Scalable backend with documented REST or GraphQL endpoints plus admin dashboard for monitoring usage and fine-tuning prompts.
5. Front-end sample (React or similar) that demonstrates microphone capture, loading spinner, and avatar viewport.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end demo where a user can hold at least a five-turn conversation and the avatar references something from turn one in turn five.
• Appearance changes applied in the UI reflect in HeyGen within one refresh.
• Average round-trip latency (speech-to-speech) under 4 seconds on a 50 Mbps connection.
• Clean, commented codebase and setup docs so I can redeploy on my own AWS account.
