"I need a developer who can take our live platform and bring it up to date without disrupting current users. The work stretches across three fronts: refreshing the user interface so every screen continues to reflect our established brand style, tightening the backend for faster and more reliable performance, and weaving in several new features we have mapped out but never had time to build.

You will receive full access to the existing codebase, our component library, and brand guidelines. I expect clean, well-documented commits, sensible use of modern front-end tooling (React is already in place), and proven server-side know-how in Node and SQL so the improvements remain compatible with what we already have.
