"We are looking for a partner to build a website

(grants • innovative products • operational support)

We are seeking an experienced partner (freelancer or studio) to design and deliver a complete, end-to-end website for a consulting and operational project focused on:

securing grants and public funding (Poland / EU),

supporting innovative products and startups,

providing external Chief Operating Officer (COO) services.

The website should be professional, clear, and brand-consistent, with a strong emphasis on trust, cooperation process, and a well-structured service offering.

Scope of work
1. Structure & content

design of the website information architecture (UX),

structuring and clarifying the service offering and messaging,

creation of service sections including a clear pricing table in package form
(analogous to the provided example: 3 packages, scope, price, CTA).

2. Design (UI)

modern, calm, premium-class visual design,

no graphic materials provided by the client –
the contractor is expected to supply stock images / illustrations / icons,

full responsiveness (desktop and mobile).

3. Technical implementation

website implementation using a selected technology
(preferred: Shopify / Webflow or an equivalent modern solution),

configuration and integration of all required plugins and tools, including:

cookie & consent management (GDPR compliance),

Google Analytics / GA4,

Google Tag Manager,

Meta Ads / Google Ads integration,

contact and lead forms,

basic SEO optimization.

Pricing / offer section

The website should include a pricing section presented in packages, similar to the provided example:

3 packages (e.g. starter / extended / training),

clearly defined scope for each package,

price,

CTA button (“Choose package” / “Contact us”).

Requirements

ability to work with content and structure, not just visual layout,
