• Users should be able to compare shipping rates, create shipments, print labels, and track orders end‑to‑end.

Key features -
Multi‑courier integration (e.g., Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC etc.) with rate comparison for every shipment.
• Central dashboard to sync orders from marketplaces like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and manage all shipments from one place.
•Real‑time tracking with SMS/Email/WhatsApp updates and branded tracking page for customers.
•COD and prepaid support, including COD remittance reports and basic NDR/return management.
•In‑app rate calculator, shipping label generation, pickup request and basic analytics (shipping cost, delivery performance, RTO

Tech requirements -
Admin panel (web) to manage couriers, pricing rules, users, KYC and reports.
•Merchant app or panel for order import, shipment booking and tracking. Android app preferred initially; iOS later phase.
