"About the Role

We’re looking for a self-driven Back-end Developer to help design and build a core AI & Automation platform using Microsoft Azure. The platform will support next-generation, AI-enabled business processing services, including data ingestion, mapping, extraction, and agentic AI workflows.
This is a hands-on backend role with exposure to AI agents and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure backend services on Azure
Build and maintain Node.js APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance backend components as the platform evolves
Work in a CI/CD and DevOps environment
Follow software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, documentation)
Work independently and proactively in a remote setup

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in backend development
Strong proficiency with:
Node.js
Azure App Services
REST API development
Experience with databases and storage:
PostgreSQL
Cosmos DB / Azure Data Lake
Azure Blob Storage
Experience building AI agents using:
Python
LLM APIs
LangChain
Understanding of Agentic AI
Experience handling:
Structured data (databases, CSV)
Semi-structured data (JSON, XML)
Unstructured data (documents, text, images)
Familiarity with:
Microservices architecture
Cloud-native design patterns
Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
