Key Responsibilities:

3. Ensure halos are animated and visible in real-time to other users in the correct locations.
4. Handle front-end (app interface) and back-end logic for storing, launching, and updating halos accurately.
5. Maintain high accuracy and performance for location-based interactions.

Requirements:
