What You Will Build

You will be the lead engineer building InboxxHQ’s AI communication engine:

1. Voice AI Engine (Twilio Voice + Realtime LLM)
AI that answers inbound phone calls
Streams audio → STT → LLM → TTS → Twilio in real time
Whisper messages + escalation logic
Call routing + error recovery
Production-grade, low-latency design

2. SMS + WhatsApp AI Engine

Intent router
Conversation state machine
Memory layer (short/long-term)
Booking/order flows
Automated follow-up logic
Webhooks + retry logic
Multi-channel compliance (A2P, WhatsApp templates)

3. Reliability Layer

Freeze detection
Model fallback
Queueing
Logging + monitoring
High-volume throughput (100k+ msgs/day)
