"I need a clean, modern website for a university, focused first and foremost on two core features: an intuitive course catalog and an up-to-date faculty directory. The catalog should allow visitors to browse, search, and filter courses by department, level, and semester, while each course page displays key details such as credits, syllabus outline, and prerequisites. The faculty directory must list every professor with photo, contact info, research interests, and a link to their publications or personal page.

Please build the site on a mainstream, easy-to-maintain platform (WordPress, Drupal, or another open-source CMS you recommend) and make sure content managers can add or edit courses and faculty profiles without touching code. Responsive design is mandatory so the site looks sharp on phones, tablets, and desktops.
