The core must be tight calendar integration so events, reminders, and deadlines stay perfectly in sync. On top of that, I need flexible task management that supports priorities, recurring items, and simple progress tracking, plus an always-available note area for ideas and reference material.

I’m open on where this lives—mobile, web, or a smart hybrid—so feel free to recommend the stack you believe will deliver the smoothest user experience and easiest future expansion. Clean UI/UX, reliable syncing, and lightweight performance are higher priorities for me than any specific framework.
