Scope
• Front ends for iOS, Android and Web that share the same look, feel and feature set.
• A lightweight back-end (preferably Python or Node) hosting the models, a simple REST/GraphQL API and basic user/auth management.
• The AI itself should handle skin smoothing, tone correction, relighting, background clean-up and optional virtual makeup in one pass. Pre-trained diffusion, GAN or vision-transformer models are fine as long as licensing allows commercial use.
• Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP or similar) with GPU instances and auto-scaling so I can demo to investors without downtime.

Deliverables
1. Working cross-platform app bundle + web build.
2. Source code and environment files.
3. Model weights or clear instructions for re-training/swap-in.
4. A one-page admin panel that shows usage stats and lets me toggle feature flags.
5. Brief video demo and README that let me reproduce the setup from scratch.
