Project Overview

I am seeking an experienced hybrid mobile app developer to finalize and submit an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a content-driven app called The 48 Laws of Divine Power.

The core content already exists and is ~85% complete.
I need execution, refinement, and store submission, not ideation.

This MVP will deliver structured access to 48 written laws, with a free + premium content model, and will be deployed as:
• iOS App
• Android App
• Progressive Web App (PWA)

A hybrid approach is preferred to ensure access for users who cannot download native apps.

You will be expected to review both the ZIP and web app before finalizing scope.

• Simple, clean gating logic (no complex subscriptions required for MVP)

Functionality
• Smooth content navigation
• Authentication or access control (simple premium unlock)
• Stable performance
• Clean UI carryover from web version
• App Store–compliant builds
