"I’m ready to retire my current React-based mobile app and relaunch it as a single Flutter code-base that ships to both iOS and Android. All screens have already been redesigned in Figma with a completely new visual theme, so this project is not a straight port—every layout, colour and component should match the new files pixel-for-pixel.

Core functionality to implement: secure user authentication, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Beyond simple screen changes, the new interface relies on bespoke, smooth custom animations, so comfort with Flutter’s animation framework (e.g., Hero, AnimatedBuilder, custom tweens) is essential.

You’ll receive:
• The existing ReactJS project for reference
• Finalised Figma design files
• API documentation and access keys for auth, notifications and purchase endpoints

Deliverables:
1. Clean, well-structured Flutter/Dart source code in a private Git repo
2. Fully implemented UI that mirrors the Figma designs on common device sizes
3. Working user login / sign-up, push notification handling and purchase flow
4. Custom animations operating at a solid 60 fps without jank
5. Release-ready builds (IPA and APK) plus step-by-step store submission instructions

Acceptance criteria: every screen passes design review, all listed features are testable on both platforms, and the application launches with no critical or performance-blocking issues.
