"I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to build a complete e-commerce solution consisting of:

Mobile applications for Android and iOS

A web-based CMS/admin panel

Full support for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces

The solution may be built using a ready-made e-commerce platform or plugins (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, Joomla-based solutions, or equivalent), or custom-built if justified. The proposed approach must meet the functional and technical requirements below.

1. Mobile Applications (Android & iOS)

Online store with clean, modern UI/UX

Product listing with:

Multiple images

Name, description, and price

Categories

Product search and filtering

Shopping cart and checkout

Payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Credit card payment via Stripe

Order placement and order status tracking

Customer address and location selection (map-based / GPS)

Push notifications:

Order confirmation and updates

2. Admin Panel / Web CMS

Secure admin authentication
