"m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to update and enhance my existing website. I’ve created a rough mock-up of the new design style I want, and I’m open to your suggestions if you can offer something similar or even better.

Requirements:

Update to the latest PHP version.

Ensure the theme is fully compatible with future plugin updates.

Retain all existing data, especially “My Cert Files.”

Fix issues with the current certificate plugin (Toolset Types).

Specific Tasks:

Configure uploads of certificate files/images so they are stored in organized, separate folders on the server (improve backend structure).

Maintain or replace the plugin to ensure uploaded files remain searchable from the website front end.

Implement a new, mobile-friendly design based on my mock-up.

Optimize the site for fast loading speeds.

Add a language translation feature supporting English, German, Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
