Scope of Work
1. Voucher-wise User Security & Report Restriction

Description
Implement voucher-level security so that users can access and operate only specific voucher types assigned to them. All reports should reflect data only for the vouchers accessible to the logged-in user.

Functional Scope

Configure user roles with access to selected voucher types (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, etc.).

Restrict voucher creation, alteration, and viewing based on user permissions.

Ensure users cannot access or view unauthorized vouchers.

Reports (Day Book, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock Reports, etc.) should display data only from permitted voucher types.

Voucher restriction must apply consistently across:

Display mode

Alteration mode

Reports and summaries

Deliverables

Voucher-wise access matrix

Customized security rules

Tested reports reflecting voucher-based restrictions

2. Godown-wise User Security (Transaction-Level Control)

Description
Allow users to view all godowns/locations in reports but restrict transaction entry to only assigned godowns.

Functional Scope

Assign specific godowns to individual users.

While recording transactions (Sales, Purchase, Stock Transfer, Receipt Note, Delivery Note, etc.):

User can select only authorized godowns.

Users may view stock balances of all godowns in reports (optional configuration-based).

Prevent transaction saving if an unauthorized godown is selected.

3. Item Rate Hiding for Store Users (Receipt Note & Stock Transfer)

Description
Hide item pricing information from store personnel while allowing quantity-based stock operations.

PO to include item rate and value entered by authorized users.

Receipt Note:

Store user can view item name and quantity only.

Item rate, value, and amount columns to be hidden.

Stock Transfer:

Rate and value to be hidden for store users.

Ensure pricing data remains intact in backend accounting and valuation.

Role-based visibility:

Management/Accounts users can view pricing.

Store users cannot view pricing fields.

Description
Enforce a minimum selling price to prevent billing below approved rates.

Functional Scope

Define standard/minimum selling price at item master level.

Prevent saving of invoice if rate is below the defined minimum.
