"I need a full-featured streaming application that replicates the smooth, polished feel of Netflix while adding my own twist. The core build must run natively on Android, iOS, and major Smart-TV platforms so users can install the app directly from their respective stores.

Scope of work
The app will host Movies, TV Shows, and Documentaries. Users must be able to create individual profiles, receive AI-driven recommendations, and switch seamlessly between their phone, tablet, and television without losing watch progress. I will monetise the platform through multiple subscription tiers, each unlocking specific content libraries and perks.

Key functional requirements
• Cross-platform codebase (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or comparable framework) compiled for Android, iOS, and Smart-TV OS variants.
• Secure, scalable backend for video storage, DRM, adaptive bitrate streaming, user authentication, and profile management.
• Recommendation engine tied to viewing history and profile preferences.
• Tiered subscription system with in-app purchasing, payment gateway integration, and entitlement management.
• Robust analytics to track engagement, churn, and content performance.
• Admin dashboard for easy content uploads, metadata editing, and user support tools.

Acceptance criteria
1. New user can register, pick a plan, create up to five profiles, and start streaming within two minutes.
2. Content library loads in under three seconds on a 4G connection.
3. Video playback automatically adapts quality to network conditions and never drops audio-video sync.
4. Search and personalised rows surface at least five relevant titles after the first hour of viewing.
5. All code compiles without error for Android (APK/AAB), iOS (IPA/TestFlight), and at least one Smart-TV ecosystem (webOS, Tizen, or Android TV) using a single shared repository.
