"I’m building a mobile-only environment where players join live multiplayer contests, accumulate points, and exchange those points for purely virtual rewards—absolutely no cash wagering or betting mechanics anywhere in the flow. The app must land on both iOS and Android stores simultaneously and provide a smooth cross-platform experience, so a shared code base (React Native, Flutter or Unity) makes sense, but I’m open to your preferred stack as long as performance stays snappy during real-time matches.

Core requirements
• Secure account creation or single-tap social login.
• Lobby where users can browse scheduled contests, join, and see entry requirements expressed only in points.
• Real-time multiplayer game play (authoritative server or proven P2P approach).
• Dynamic leaderboard that updates per contest and rolls into an overall season ranking.
• Virtual wallet to track earned and spent points plus an admin console where I can tweak reward values, season lengths, and push announcements.
• Push notifications for contest start, results, and periodic engagement.
• GDPR-/privacy-compliant data handling and lightweight analytics hooks so I can measure retention.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both iOS and Android builds pass App Store and Google Play review.
2. Multiplayer session withstands at least 1 000 concurrent players in a single contest without lag exceeding 150 ms round-trip.
3. Points accounting cannot be manipulated through client-side edits (server authority demonstrated in code review).
4. App is handed over with full source, commented setup scripts, and basic unit tests so future events can be added by my in-house team.
