"I’m setting up a small, education-focused venture and need a straightforward website that does its job without fuss. The entire public-facing structure is limited to three pages—Services, Pricing and Testimonials—so the emphasis is on clean execution rather than scale.

Content drafts are already prepared; I just need a professional to turn them into a responsive, lightweight site that feels welcoming on desktop and mobile alike. WordPress, Webflow or hand-coded HTML/CSS are all fine by me, provided the finished product is easy for a non-developer to tweak later.

Here’s what will make the project a success for me:
• Modern, education-appropriate look and feel
• Fast-loading, SEO-ready code with clear HTML structure, proper meta tags and image alt text
• Minimal, unobtrusive JavaScript—only what’s essential for smooth page transitions or a simple slider if you think it adds value
• Clear hand-off: either a WordPress login with admin rights or a zipped folder of all source files, along with brief, step-by-step notes on how I can update copy or swap out images on my own
