"I’m ready to get a concise, three-page site online that clearly shares information with students. The build should feel modern yet lightweight: clean HTML5, semantic headings, minimal JavaScript, and thoughtful CSS so every screen—from phone to desktop—renders perfectly. Search-engine fundamentals (fast load, proper meta hierarchy, open-graph tags) have to be in place from the start because the goal is straightforward information dissemination rather than heavy interaction.

No existing brand assets are available, so you’ll set an overall visual direction: a fresh academic palette, legible typography, and imagery that speaks to a student audience. I’ll supply page copy and any specific photos once the framework is in place.

You may deliver either:
• a WordPress install with administrator access, or
• fully documented source files I can edit locally.

Whichever route you choose, include a short guide that shows me how to update text, swap images, and add a new page without touching code. Deployment is expected within one week of project kickoff; a quick staging link during development will help us keep momentum.

Key acceptance criteria
