"I’m putting together a practical, web-ready guide that covers both Food Safety and Fitness. The goal is to give visitors clear, actionable information—think step-by-step instructions, best-practice checklists, and easy explanations that help them stay safe with food while achieving their fitness goals.

You’ll take ownership of the content: structure the topics, write the copy in Bahasa Indonesia (with concise English equivalents where helpful), and cite reliable references so readers can trust what they’re learning. Because the material will live on a website, I also need short, engaging headings, meta descriptions, and call-to-action snippets that fit neatly into a CMS.

Ideal background: hands-on experience in either food-handling standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) or professional fitness coaching—and, even better, both. If your writing style balances scientific accuracy with friendly, everyday language, we’ll be a great fit.

By the end of the project I’d like:
• A complete, well-structured guide (roughly 5–7 core sections) covering safety fundamentals, nutrition basics, workout principles, and common FAQs
• Content delivered in editable Google Docs plus a clean HTML version ready for upload
• Proper citations or links for every claim
