"I’m green-lighting a new endless runner for Android that blends the proven “Subway Surfers” formula with a far darker, realistic-horror aesthetic. The hook is simple: the familiar three-lane dash, but rewritten as a nightmarish escape through procedurally generated corridors, alleys and catacombs designed to maximise jump scares and share-worthy moments.

Core expectations
• Gameplay: classic swipe-to-dodge mechanics with a tight, 60 fps feel. Obstacles and power-ups must appear often enough to keep the pace frantic yet fair.
• Progression loop: deep character customisation (skins, outfits, horror-themed accessories) that can be unlocked via pickups, missions or IAP.
• Engagement drivers: daily challenges and time-limited missions to encourage repeat sessions, plus rewarded-video ad slots placed at natural breaks.
• Visual style: full realistic horror—dynamic lighting, volumetric fog, gruesome textures—while still running smoothly on mid-range devices.
• Monetisation & virality: integrate Google AdMob for ads, prepare hooks for social share (auto-generated clips / screenshots of near-miss moments).

Deliverables
1. Unity or Unreal project files (whichever engine you’re strongest with on Android) fully commented and build-ready.
2. Optimised APK and testflight bundle for internal testing.
3. Design doc summarising level/obstacle spawn logic, power-up behaviors, mission table and economy balance.
4. One-pager outlining future live-ops events so we can scale content post-launch.

Acceptance criteria
– Smooth performance on at least 3-year-old Android devices (tested on mid-tier Snapdragon).
– All three requested features live and functional.
– Art direction aligns with “realistic horror” reference board I’ll supply on kickoff.
– No game-breaking bugs after an uninterrupted 30-minute playtest.
