"I am looking for one dedicated individual who can stay on top of my day-to-day web and marketing workload. Most of the work revolves around WordPress: building out new pages, styling posts, tightening up on-page SEO and keeping plugins, themes and the overall site structure clean. You should feel at home inside the WordPress dashboard, whether you prefer Gutenberg, Elementor or another page builder, and be able to move quickly from concept to publish without supervision.

Alongside the web work I regularly need spreadsheets prepared or updated—think Google Sheets for campaign tracking, basic reporting and data cleanup—so an eye for detail with rows, columns and formulas is important.

For written material I lean on AI tools for first drafts. Your role is to prompt, refine and fact-check content generation so that articles and promotional copy come back polished and ready to post. Experience with ChatGPT, Jasper or similar platforms will make this part of the job easy.

This is a true full-time engagement. We will meet briefly every day in my time zone to review priorities and clear blockers. I hire only independent freelancers; no teams, no outsourcing, no exceptions. I process payments on a weekly cycle of roughly $125, which works out to about $500 each month once milestones are approved.
