"I want an attractive, user-friendly e-commerce site for my aesthetic clinic. The clinic will let clients reserve treatments online, so an appointment-booking system sits at the heart of the build. Alongside that, I need a clear product catalog that I can update myself, a section for verified customer reviews to build trust, an engaging “About Us” page that tells our story, and a simple, searchable price list that patients can scan before they book.

A modern, mobile-first design is essential; roughly 70 % of our traffic comes from phones. I’m open to WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or another well-supported platform—as long as I can manage inventory, run discount codes, and view basic sales analytics without touching code. Secure payment integration (Stripe and PayPal at minimum) and GDPR-compliant data handling are non-negotiable.

Deliverables I expect:
• High-fidelity design mock-ups for approval
• Fully developed, responsive website with appointment booking, product catalog, customer reviews, About Us, and price list live and functional
• Admin dashboard walkthrough and short hand-over guide so I can handle future edits myself
• One round of post-launch tweaks for anything I missed once real users start clicking around

Hand-coded custom themes are welcome if they stay update-safe; a well-configured premium theme is fine too—speed, security, and easy maintenance matter more to me than reinventing the wheel.
