"I want a Unity-based serious game that sharpens retail staff’s product knowledge while quietly measuring where each player still needs help. The flow should feel like a day on the sales floor: greeting a shopper, matching needs to inventory, answering feature questions, and finalizing the sale. Every choice the player makes should feed a back-end scoring system so I can pull a simple report that highlights individual and team skill gaps.

Core requirements
• Desktop and mobile build (Windows + Android are enough for the first milestone).
• One small, stylized store scene with walkable aisles, a counter, and interactive product shelves.
• Branching dialogue and multiple-choice interactions that test product specs, upsell options, and compatibility questions.
• Real-time feedback in-game (subtle hints or customer reactions) and a summary screen at the end.
• CSV or JSON export of player performance, broken down by product category.

Acceptance criteria
1. A playable build that runs smoothly on target devices.
2. All dialogue and scenario logic stored in a single, easily editable scriptable-object or JSON system.
3. Score calculations clearly documented so I can tweak weightings without diving into code.
4. A short README explaining how to add new products, dialogues, and export data.

I’m open to Unity plug-ins like Ink, Fungus, or your own custom tools—whatever keeps iteration quick and future content updates simple. Extras such as handling customer complaints or pure sales-technique modules can wait for phase two, so concentrate on product knowledge first.
