"I am looking for a reliable individual freelancer (not an agency) who can take real ownership of my company’s website and its connected webshop.

The work is built around three core pillars:
1) Content updates
Keeping the website fresh and relevant: updating banners, editing copy, adding blog posts, and refreshing visuals for campaigns and promotions.

2) Product management
Creating and maintaining product listings, uploading images, adjusting pricing, monitoring stock, and ensuring every SKU looks and functions perfectly across desktop and mobile.

3) Website & webshop optimization
Continuously improving performance and conversions: reviewing page speed, simplifying navigation, optimizing checkout flow, and making light UX/UI improvements that help users buy more easily. Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) is expected and should come naturally.

The primary goal is growth.
I am not looking for “prettier pages” alone — I want measurable improvements in conversion rate, average order value, and overall sales performance.

We will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with full flexibility in how those hours are distributed. If results are strong, this role can scale into a full-time, long-term collaboration.

The work will be performed on an existing WooCommerce-based webshop.
You are expected to work confidently within an established CMS environment, using plugins, themes, and page builders responsibly, without disrupting existing functionality.

How candidates will be selected (important)
Instead of generic introductions, show your skills.
To be considered, your proposal must include at least ONE of the following:
-a short improvement proposal for an existing webshop
-a UX/UI or conversion-focused suggestion (written or visual)
-a brief explanation of a concrete optimization you would apply to my store
-a short case example showing what you improved and why

Format is up to you (text, document, mockup, or structured explanation).

Ideas and materials you share remain fully yours and will not be used without agreement. This is strictly for evaluation purposes.
