"I need a web-based medical clinic system that is already stable and can be fine-tuned to fit our in-house institute clinics, which operate across several locations and require multi-user access. At minimum the core you hand over must already handle:

• Patient registration plus appointment scheduling, medical history tracking and prescription management
• Company medical packages with fully customizable templates, flexible pricing controls and real-time usage tracking
• A library of test templates that can be expanded as we grow
• Integrated billing with itemised invoices and basic insurance support

Because this will sit inside a healthcare environment, the code and data flow have to respect common privacy and audit rules; clean separation of roles, logging and secure storage are non-negotiable. PHP on the back end is preferred since it matches our stack, but I’m open to modern frameworks or plain procedural code as long as it is well documented and easy to extend.

What I expect from you: after a quick demo of your existing solution, we will map the gap between its current features and our workflow, then you will customise the UI, user roles, package logic and reports. Deployment to two test servers (one per clinic site) and handover of source, install guide and minimal user manual will mark project completion.
