Senior AI Interface Developer – Cloud Telephony, LLM & CRM Integrations

Project Overview
We are building a next-generation AI Interface Platform that connects:
Cloud Telephony (AI voice calls)
CRM systems
Backend business systems
Large Language Models (LLMs)
WhatsApp, Email & other third-party APIs
The platform will act as a central AI brain + orchestration layer for business communication, workflow automation, and CRM operations.
This is a serious, long-term product with SaaS and white-label potential.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end technical execution, including:

AI Interface Development
Build AI voice & chat interface layers
Handle conversation flow, interruptions & fallback logic
Implement context handling and memory management

Cloud Telephony Integration
Integrate cloud telephony APIs (call handling, IVR replacement)
Manage inbound/outbound calls
Webhook handling (call start, end, failure)
STT & TTS integration

LLM Integration
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI / similar)
Design prompt structures (system, persona, business logic)
Token usage optimization & cost control
Hallucination and error handling

CRM & Backend Integration
Connect AI with CRM systems (lead creation, call logs, status updates)
API integration with backend systems (inventory, pricing, orders)
Two-way data sync logic

Third-Party API Integration
WhatsApp Business API
Email & SMS gateways
Logistics / document generation APIs

Automation & Workflow Engine
Build event-driven workflows
Conditional logic (if/else)
Human handoff and escalation triggers

Required Skills
