"I’m an agent for a major carrier. I am launching an aggrissive $25 unlimited talk, Unlimited text and Unlimited internet plan in USA only.
We need to promote to customer the above and get customer to pay in advance the plan plus one activation fee of $15.
I want a fully-automated ManyChat experience that does three things seamlessly: captures every detail we need to port a line, delivers the right SIM or eSIM instructions, and steadily increases qualified traffic.
Here is the flow I have in mind...
A prospect lands in Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS (I’m flexible on the entry point). The bot greets them, authenticates them with a quick SMS code, then walks them step-by-step through submitting the following:
* Customer Name
* Customer Address
* IMEI of A T-mobile phone or Unlocked phone (From settings or dial *#06#)
* Phone Number (If porting only)
* Account Number (If porting only)
* Transfer Pin (If porting only)
Customer will pay the $40 initially which include the first month service.
After payment, cusotmer who wants to switch/port from another carrier, must provide the following:
We may have to ship out a sim card if needed. But first we will try to use Esim activation. you bring the logic, the tags, and the API connections.
Beyond the conversation itself, I’m looking for ongoing optimisation. That means setting up growth tools, refining the opt-in paths, split-testing copy, and reporting back on conversion metrics so we can keep lowering our acquisition cost. If you’re comfortable integrating ManyChat with Facebook Ads, Google Sheets, Klaviyo or a lightweight CRM, let me know; the smoother the hand-off to fulfilment the better.
