"I’m ready to move from concept to a fully-functioning hybrid mobile app focused on personal safety. The core build must work smoothly on both iOS and Android from a single codebase, so React Native, Flutter or Ionic would be ideal—feel free to suggest the stack you’re most efficient with.

Key functionality I need implemented:
• Emergency alert system that a user can trigger instantly, pushing notifications to preset contacts and, if possible, local authorities.
• Real-time location tracking that remains reliable even when the app is running in the background.
• In-app chat so users and their trusted network can exchange text updates without leaving the app.
• Live audio streaming the moment an alert is fired, with automatic cloud storage for evidence.
• A section of curated safety tips and guidelines, editable from a simple admin panel.

Design should remain clean and intuitive—speed of access to the alert button is critical. I’ll supply wireframes and color references; you’ll refine the UI, build the frontend, integrate the backend, and assist with store deployment.
