We are DonutLabs, a digital marketing and web solutions studio based in Australia. Our corporate website requires consistent, reliable monthly care from an experienced WordPress professional.

Each month, we will provide new copy, images, or minor layout adjustments. These updates should be published promptly, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. The website must remain fast, stable, and secure, with proactive maintenance handled without us needing to chase.

The website runs on WordPress and is business-critical, so attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication are essential.

MONTHLY DELIVERABLES: MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE
- Ongoing website monitoring and basic web engineering support

- Off-site backups taken before any updates, with restoration support if needed
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes as issues arise

MONTHLY DELIVERABLES: SECURITY AND PERFORMANCE
- Basic WordPress security setup and ongoing management
- Malware and virus scanning, prevention, and remediation if required
- Standard website speed optimisation, including caching and database tuning
- Regular speed testing with a brief performance report aiming for load times under three seconds

- Confidently handling updates without breaking layouts or functionality
