"I already have a compiled Android APK and need it decompiled, adjusted, and rebuilt so it asks for only the permissions that are truly necessary while gaining stronger in-app security. The core objective is to modify its functionality at the security layer: removing unnecessary permissions, introducing a few new protective measures, and tuning the existing configurations so they are tighter and better aligned with current Android best practices.

You can use Apktool, JADX, Android Studio, Smali—or whichever reverse-engineering toolchain you prefer—as long as the end result installs cleanly and behaves exactly like the original app (except for the permission and security improvements). ProGuard or similar obfuscation is welcome if it helps reinforce the added defenses.

Deliverables I expect:
• Decompiled code reviewed and cleaned of unneeded permission calls
• New or enhanced security features integrated and documented
• Existing security settings updated, tested, and proven functional
• Rebuilt, signed APK ready for deployment plus a concise change log outlining each modification
