"I need a full-featured website like collegedunia . com built from scratch. Every public-facing function—college and course search, advanced filters, review and rating system, comparison tool, entrance-exam data, news and articles, user Q&A, and any other live modules—must behave exactly as on the reference site and display flawlessly on desktop and mobile.

A robust admin panel is equally important. It should let me manage institutions, programs, exams, content pieces, ads/banners, SEO fields, and user reviews while assigning granular permissions to Super Admin, Editor, and Moderator roles. Speed, security, and scalability come first; the tech stack is up to you as long as it achieves those goals (React/[login to view URL], Vue, Angular, Laravel, Django, Node/Express, etc., with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB all acceptable). Architecture should allow painless module expansion later.

Deliverables
