"I’m refreshing my site’s first impression and need a lightweight HTML splash screen that introduces the brand the moment visitors land. The screen should be pure HTML/CSS (a hint of vanilla JavaScript is fine if it makes the effect smoother) and feature a single, smooth slide-in animation that brings the logo or brand name into view, then gracefully hands control over to the home page after a few seconds.

What matters most is a clean, fast-loading snippet that I can drop into any project folder without hunting for extra libraries. Keep the code well-commented so I can tweak text, colours, or timing later. If you rely on keyframes or CSS transitions, please structure them clearly.

Deliverables
• One responsive HTML file with embedded or linked CSS
• Any minimal JS required for the slide-in timing and automatic exit
• A quick read-me noting where to swap in my logo and adjust durations
