"Balesin needs a dedicated, text-only chat application reserved for employees. The aim is to give staff a fast, reliable way to exchange real-time messages from desktop or mobile, without relying on public consumer apps.

Core scope
• A secure sign-in tied to our existing company credentials.
• One-to-one and group messaging with presence indicators and searchable history.
• Company-hosted data storage and end-to-end encryption to keep every conversation private.
• A lightweight admin console to add or disable users and define basic retention rules.

Architecture should be modular enough to let us add file sharing or voice/video later, but those extras are not part of this first milestone.

Acceptance criteria
• The solution installs in our staging environment with a single script or Docker-compose file.
• Employees can log in, send messages, and create group channels without errors or noticeable latency.
• Admin panel functions as described and all traffic remains within our server.
• Source code is clean, documented, and handed over with a brief walk-through.
