"I need a developer who can take my content and turn it into a clean, responsive website whose sole purpose is to present information clearly to visitors. The build itself can be simple—no shopping cart or portfolio filter is required—just well-structured pages, intuitive navigation, and a design that looks good on both mobile and desktop.

When you send your proposal, please highlight previous websites you have created that are similar in scope. Live links or screenshots help me understand your style and code quality, so include those wherever possible.

Once we agree on the look and feel, I’ll supply all copy and images. You’ll handle layout, basic on-page SEO, and deployment to my hosting account (cPanel). If you prefer a lightweight CMS such as WordPress, that works for me, but I’m open to static-site generators as well—whichever lets me make minor text edits later without touching code.
