"We’re kicking off a fresh section of our site and need the full front-end journey handled — from initial concepts all the way to production-ready code. No mock-ups exist yet, so your first task is to shape the visual language: mood boards, low-fidelity wireframes, then high-fidelity comps that capture a clean, modern feel. Once approved, you’ll turn those designs into fast, responsive pages built with HTML5, CSS3 (preferably with a utility-first or component-based approach), JavaScript, and React.

The pages must render flawlessly on all major browsers, pass core web vitals, and be easy for our in-house team to extend. Clean Git commits and clear comments are essential because these screens will become the pattern library for future features.

Deliverables
• UI design files (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• Pixel-perfect, responsive React components with CSS modules or styled-components
• Optimized assets and any design tokens or variables used
• Brief hand-off documentation covering build steps, component structure, and performance considerations
