"The core PHP application running on my Linux server has begun throwing runtime errors on every execution path, stopping key features cold. I need a seasoned developer who can dive into the current codebase, trace the bugs that are surfacing consistently, and restore stable operation. Once the system is solid again, I’d like several small customisations folded in (UI text tweaks, an extra settings flag, and one additional database field—full details are ready in a separate document).

SSH access, Git repository, and a staging clone are already prepared; you’ll be free to spin up any debugging tools you prefer—as long as changes stay compatible with our existing PHP version and typical LAMP stack conventions.

Deliverables:
1. Root-cause diagnosis of the recurring runtime errors and clean, documented fixes committed to the repo.
2. Implementation of the specified custom features without introducing regressions.
3. A concise change log outlining what was fixed, why it failed before, and how to roll back if ever necessary.
