"I need a complete Android application built from the ground up. The core idea is defined, but I’m relying on you to transform it into a polished, production-ready app. I’m open to your preferred stack—Kotlin or Java are both fine—so long as the final APK runs smoothly across current Android versions and complies with Google Play policies.

Here’s what the engagement should cover:
• Collaborate with me to finalise functional requirements and UX flow
• Design clean, intuitive UI that follows Material guidelines
• Code the app, integrate any required APIs or backend endpoints, and implement secure data handling
• Perform thorough device and version testing, fix bugs, and optimise performance
• Hand over the complete, well-documented source code plus a signed release build ready for Play Store submission

Acceptance criteria: the app passes Google Play pre-launch checks, installs without crashes on Android 8.0+, and delivers the agreed-upon feature set.
