"I have a clear concept for a helpful mobile utility app and I’m ready to see it come to life with Flutter. The core idea is simple: provide users with a handy set of tools wrapped in a clean, responsive interface, all built from a single codebase.

Here’s the high-level picture:
• You’ll create the full Flutter project structure, set up state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc—whichever you prefer and can justify), and wire in common utilities such as local storage, basic settings, and theme switching.
• UI/UX should follow Material 3 guidelines so the app feels native and intuitive. I have wireframes for the main screens; you’ll refine and implement them.
• Functionally, the app will include a small collection of quick-access tools (think converters, calculators, or similar lightweight features). Each tool gets its own screen, and all data must persist between sessions.
• Clean, well-commented Dart code and a straightforward README are required so I can maintain the project after hand-off.
