Scope of work
I need you to take the app from concept to publishable APK: refine the features with me, design a clean UI, code the backend and frontend, run basic QA, and guide the submission process. You’re free to use Kotlin, Java, or a cross-platform tool such as Flutter as long as the final build meets current Android guidelines and performs smoothly on modern devices.
